Sign InRating: 1 out of 5 [ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Failed to Charge (Equipment Problem) ]This Rapid charger in a remote area was showing as available on the CYC app, but when I got there it wouldn't accept either a smart card, or be started from the mobile app. I also phoned charge place scotland, and they couldn't start a session remotely either. It appeared to be having communication difficulties. The green lights on the unit itself were illuminated. (late morning, Friday 23rd Feb 2018)

[ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Failed to Charge (Equipment Not Operational) ]Whole unit appeared to be powered down on 20/2/16. Lights off and no screen display. Luckily there is a T2 on the wall of the hotel and Tyndrum has teo rapids only five miles away.
