Rating: 2 out of 5 [ General Comment , Charged Successfully ]Side A did not start a charge. Side B was fine. Bays now marked and signed, but despite previous announcement by Hertsmere, pay and display fees apply.

[ General Comment , Equipment & Location Confirmed Correct ]When this is fully commissioned, it's due to cost £1.50/hour, which includes parking charges. No signage on site related to this yet, so pay and display until further notice.
